Behavioral Economics and Government Regulation
Prof. Cass Sunstein, Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Harvard University, former Director of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the Obama Administration, will lead this seminar on Behavioral Economics and Government Regulation. There are two readings for the event:1. The first can be found on the course page (posted below) or emailed to you.2. The second is a confidential paper that must be either picked up, mailed (via inter-office mail), or faxed.
