Blurring Boundaries: Human Rights in Armed Conflicts

Harvard Law School’s National Security Journal, Milbank Tweed Fund, and National Security Law Association, along with HKS National Security Program, are co-sponsoring a symposium on Human Rights in Armed Conflicts. Keynote speaker is former DOD General Counsel Jeh Johnson and panels will include Gary Solis; Richard Gross; the Hon. Scott Stucky, Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; Naz Modirzadeh; and Wolff Heintschel von Heinegg. Charlie Clements of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy will moderate and Prof. Philip Heymann will open the symposium.
