Donna Scally, Associate Director of Labor Relations You are invited to attend a highly interactive training
session presented by members of Labor and Employee Relations and
the Office of the General Counsel. This session will focus on labor and employment issues that
managers face on a daily basis. Participants will discuss
hypothetical situations and make recommendations for resolution of
complex labor and employee relations issues. Outcomes of the training include gaining knowledge of the
HUCTW contract and understanding how to interpret the contract and
the law to manage effectively in a union environment. This workshop is open to all HKS Managers and Supervisors.
