Engagement Summit - Lunch and Discussion
Please join the Office of
Human Resources and Adam Sutton of Breakthrough Collaborations on
Wednesday, June 20, 2012, from 12-2 pm in Weil Town Hall for a
highly-interactive working lunch session. We held a similar session
in 2010, generating several great ideas which became a basis for
the response plan to the Staff Engagement
Survey.
Our goal for this session
is to come up with ideas to further enhance staff engagement at HKS
as we begin planning for the upcoming Academic Year. We will review
the 2011 Pulse Engagement Survey data and spend time brainstorming
potential response action. Some possibilities for discussion might
include: Building Community, Learning & Development,
Manager/Staff Engagement, Internal Collaboration/Teamwork, and
more. All HKS Staff are invited
to share ideas and join the discussion on Wednesday, June
20th. Pizza, salad, and dessert
