Seminar: Targeted Killing and Drones
William A. Galston holds the Ezra Zilkha Chair in the Brookings Institution’s Governance Studies Program, where he serves as a senior fellow. He was Deputy Assistant to President Clinton on domestic policy and director of the Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy at University of Maryland. This seminar is open, all are welcome.
