The Harvard Seminar on History and Policy presents "Sailing Backwards on Mexico’s 'Iron River of Guns': The Political Economy of the Arms Trade in the 19th and 21st Centuries" featuring Brian DeLay, of the University of California at Berkeley. Brian DeLay is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at UC Berkeley. His academic interests include 19th Century Americas, US-Mexico borderlands, native peoples, and the international arms trade. Coffee and refreshments will be served.
