The Human Right(s) to Water and Sanitation
Sharmila Murthy, Fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, HKS, will give a presentation titled"The Human Right(s) to Water and Sanitation." This talk will examine the legal and political history of the human right(s) to water and sanitation, explore the impact that these new rights are having on the global community, and address common misconceptions, such as the relationship between human rights and private sector participation.
