The Metropolitan Revolution: How Cities and Metros are Fixing our Broken Politics and Fragile Economy

The Future of Diplomacy Project is launching its Metro Diplomacy initiative in September 2013, examining the transnational challenges faced by mega-cities and how a host of new, networked structures are helping city leaders tackle pandemics, human trafficking and counter-terrorism. The Brookings Institution's Bruce Katz will address some of these issues in the discussion of his new book "The Metropolitan Revolution" (co-authored with Jennifer Bradley) during his talk, co-sponsored with HKS' Joint Center on Housing.
