Cambridge, MA — John Howard, the prime minister of Australia from 1996 to 2007, will deliver a public address March 10 at the John F. Kennedy School of Government. The talk, “The United States and China: Partners of a Different Kind,” will begin at 6 p.m. at the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum, 79 JFK Street, Cambridge.
