Cambridge, MA - Ban Ki-Moon, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade for the Republic of Korea and Kennedy School MPA '85, will discuss international negotiations with North Korea on Sept. 20 at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. "North Korea: Beyond the Six Party Talks" will begin at 8 p.m. at the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum, 79 JFK Street, Cambridge.

. Joseph S. Nye, Jr., university distinguished service professor, Kennedy School of Government
