Data Security and Financial Transaction Processing
The University's Central administration data security policies are aimed at protecting confidential information such as social security numbers, dates of birth, bank account and credit card account numbers, and other personal confidential information. Read about changes in financial transaction processing related to confidential information before submitting your next voucher.

Cost Transfer Policy
If you deal with federal grants, please review this document and attachments and forward it to relevant staff.

Training Schedule (OFS and CWD) is posted in the FMG calendar.  New staff call 5-2161 for questions regarding what classes to take.

Flash Report

Flash, a budget-variance reconciliation report, is due on 12th business day of the month.  Financial Managers should consult with OFS financial analyst for specific format of monthly reporting and schedule for discussion on financial results.

FMG Meetings

FMG meetings are held the fourth Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. depending on room availability.  No summer meetings. Hold these tentative dates below for the coming 2008-2009 academic year.
