Bachelor’s degree in related field and Master of
Divinity or Theological studies degree preferred.
At least 1-2 years in experience in project
coordination, organizing, religious education or
ecumenical advocacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficient.
Knowledge of ecumenical theory and history
preferred
Experience working with churches of various
traditions
Ability to work well with a diverse group of
colleagues, donors, staff, members, and volunteers.
Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple
tasks in a high work load environment.
Independent worker, self-starter and team player.
