Job Description:

AccountabilITY: The Membership Manager reports to the Development Director

Location: Campaign Headquarters, Boston .

Major responsibilities:

  • Work with experienced team to develop materials and programs to solicit, cultivate and expand Corporate Accountability International’s base of members.

  • Lead all efforts to build and maintain Corporate Accountability International’s monthly giving program.

  • Responsible for budgeting and cash flow for monthly donor program.

  • Coordinate Corporate Accountability International’s all staff phone banks.

  • Conduct member service related outreach: including gift acknowledgements, welcome calls, and written correspondence.

  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date files, records, and systems.

  • Conduct the timely processing of changes in member records both within the internal database and meeting deadlines for outside processing services.

  • Participate in membership development for monthly membership program as well as participating in planning, organizing, fundraising, research, and other special projects as needed.

 
Qualifications:  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated commitment to corporate accountability, with a global perspective.

  • Organized and diligent about record-keeping and administration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work with a creative and hard-working team.

  • Highly effective communication skills.

  • Experienced with Excel and database systems, also good facility with numbers and analysis.

  • Minimum of one year full-time non-profit organizational experience, with particular experience in both organizing and fundraising.

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply knowledge rapidly.

  • Minimum commitment of two years required.

Salary and Benefits:  

$28,000-$34,000 (DOE) plus a generous benefits package
