Kokkalis Fellowship Application Instructions

Please Note:  We are not currently accepting applications for the Kokkalis Degree Program Fellowship

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must:

  1. Be a native of
    • Albania
    • Bosnia-Herzegovina
    • Bulgaria
    • Croatia
    • Greece
    • Hungary
    • Kosovo
    • The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
    • Moldova
    • Montenegro
    • Romania
    • Serbia
    • Slovenia
    • Turkey

  2. Complete the on-line Harvard Kennedy School application for the degree program to which you are applying (MPP; MPA2; MPA/ID; MPA/MC)  
    • For complete details on HKS admissions procedures and requirements, visit HKS admissions. 
  3. Complete and submit all sections of the on-line Kokkalis Fellowship application
    • 2 Letters of recommendation
    • 2 Essays (500 words minimum – 750 words maximum). Applications with essays of less than 500 words will not be accepted. 
  4. Ensure that individuals providing your recommendation letters are aware of the application deadline and that they submit their recommendations electronically (instructions in the application) before the deadline.
