The HKS Black Alumni Association is excited to announce the results of the 2021 Executive Board Elections. 

The mission of the HKS BAA is to advance and promote Black interests among Harvard Kennedy School students, Black alumni, the administration, faculty, staff, and the Black community within the United States and throughout the world by:

  • Deepening the understanding among Harvard Kennedy School alumni of social, economic, justice, health, and civic issues facing Black communities in the United States and around the world, and raise awareness of potential policies and strategies to make these societies more fair, just, and equitable;
  • Promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and a culture of anti-racism at HKS and within the HKS community;
  • Strengthening connections and engagement of members with one another, students, and HKS for mutual benefit and advancement; and
  • Supporting and advancing the HKS educational and public service mission.
