Alen is a Zuckerman alumnus, an ex-officio member of the CPL Leadership Council, and co-chair of the CPL Alumni Council. He is currently a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and was formerly a high school math teacher and vice principal. He is an alumnus of Harvard, Dartmouth College, and University of Pennsylvania.
