Imago is collaborating with UN Women (UNW) to support the implementation of UN Women’s strategic vision and priorities through strategic support for systems change, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation services. As part of this collaboration, Sofia will work alongside the Executive Director’s Office (EDO) and the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Office (LACRO) to contribute to the process of implementation at different levels of the organization. Through her work, Sofia will gain valuable skills in strategic planning, policy implementation, and the complexities of embedding a global strategy in a large institution. She will have the opportunity to learn the best strategies to achieve these goals and work with experts in the field, including participating in high-level meetings. Sofia's contributions will be critical in advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment in the Latin America and Caribbean region, and she will gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of a large international organization.
