Anna was born and raised in Metro Manila, Philippines. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University, she worked in the Philippine Government’s Department of Transportation and was involved in railway network development and project implementation. She is currently taking a joint MBA and Masters in Public Administration in International Development degree from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, respectively, where she aims to understand how the public and private sectors can collaborate to create impact at scale. She spent the past two summers working with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. She is passionate about building sustainable and accessible cities, particularly through infrastructure development.
