Antoine Coencas is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development (CID). He recently completed a master’s degree in economics at Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Antoine's current work applies AI-based tools to the study of the history of economic thought, in collaboration with Vincent Pons, David Thesmar, and Caterina Chiopris. Antoine's research interests include political economy, economic history, public finance, and the use of new AI methods in economic research.
