Ayesha is working with Daayitwa, an NGO in Nepal focused on economic and community development. She is designing frameworks for monitoring and evaluating Daayitwa's Rural Enterprise Acceleration Program and Public Policy Fellowship Program, thereby contributing to rural economic development and evidence-based policymaking initiatives. Ayesha's role includes collaborating with stakeholders, conducting fieldwork, and analyzing data to ensure the effectiveness and impact of these programs, driving positive change across Nepali communities.
