Bharti Sharma

Bharti is an education policy professional dedicated to fostering equity and positive change in public school systems especially within low- and middle-income countries. A recent graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, she brings experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and innovative educational solutions. Bharti served as a Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow in India, where she gained valuable insights into policy-making, and as a Project Officer with the Government of Gujarat, contributing to the World Bank’s Gujarat Outcomes for Accelerated Learning (GOAL) project. Her background spans managing educational programs, supporting teachers, and implementing data-driven approaches to strengthen government systems. Bharti is passionate about using her skills to uplift marginalized communities and drive sustainable improvements in education.
