Christie Hunter Arscott is an internationally recognized leadership advisor and researcher, specializing in gender and generational strategies. She is also Principal at HerQuest.org - a global leadership institute for early career women.

In 2017, Christie was selected for two distinct global honours: The Thinkers50 Radar List (the 30 management thinkers most likely to shape the future of how organizations are managed and led) and the biennial Thinkers50 Talent Award shortlist (the 8 thought leaders around the world who are making significant contributions to the field of talent management).

As a strategic advisor, Christie has helped organizations across industries advance the next generation of women leaders and build inclusive organizations. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, Big Four professional services firms, national government entities, leading talent research bodies and top academic institutions.

As one of the first Rhodes Scholars to pursue graduate research in Women’s Studies, Christie has been featured by Harvard Business Review, the World Economic Forum, London Business School Review, Forbes, Fortune, Business Insider, Diversity Executive, European Business Review, Director Magazine, The Washington Post, TIME, and Fast Company, among others. In 2016, her writing was selected for the Harvard Business Review collection of the top HBR articles on diversity: a 20-article collection, curated by Harvard editors, which features the best research pieces on diversity. In 2017, she was a contributor to Bloomsbury Press / Thinkers50 book “Dear CEO - 50 Personal Letters From The World’s Leading Business Thinkers”.

Christie has been invited to speak at the World Economic Forum, Harvard Business School, the University of Oxford’s Said Business School, the Global Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), among other leading organizations and institutions.
