IMAGO is supporting the Self-Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) implementation of a five-year project (MOVE) through the design of an accelerator for the discovery and implementation of interventions across 5 social enterprises within SEWA. The project seeks to co-create the necessary organizational shifts that will solve the most important constraints that grassroots women collectives face to achieve the twin goals of financially sustainable growth and improvements of women’s economic well-being and agency. In this process, Claudia will support an adaptive evaluation designed to take findings from this project into structured experimentation to find out what works and what doesn’t work. She will also provide protocols and documentation for women collective enterprises and accelerators, and tools to track whether these interventions work in specific women collectives.
