Costanza Hermanin is a Fulbright Schuman Visiting Scholar examining the evolution of equal opportunity policies in the United States and Europe. In 2026, she is spending one term at UC Berkeley's Travers Department of Political Science and one at the Harvard Kennedy School's Women and Public Policy Program. She is a Research Fellow at the European University Institute (EUI), where her scholarship focuses on EU politics and policies and where she leads the Inclusive Leadership Initiative and training projects on feminist fiscal policy. She has taught widely across Europe, including at Sciences Po Paris and the College of Europe. Earlier in her career, she worked in Italy's Ministry of Justice, the European Commission, and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She founded EquALL—for a Plural Democracy.
