Fine is a highly accomplished, dynamic omnichannel executive and CEO with 20+ years of experience leading six diverse businesses to record growth and profit. Her career encompasses B2B + B2C, launch to mature and both public and private companies. She has been the President and CEO of Direct Brands, CEO of Victoria’s Secret Pink, President of iVillage Properties at NBC Universal Digital Media, Founder and President of Avon Mark, and Vice President and Publisher of Glamour Magazine and Publisher of Brides. Originally recruited to their Board of Directors, Fine was also the EVP Chief Commercial Officer at Modell’s Sporting Goods and CEO of Ritani.
She has been elected to serve as a Director on the Board of seven businesses and organizations including, Active International, Pet360, Wilmington Trust and The Girl Scouts of America. Fine currently serves on the Advisory Board of First Insight, a retail predictive analytics company, and Whistle Sports Network, a global sports media company with 110+ million aggregate social reach. She was also elected to serve on the Northwestern Mutual Policyowners’ Examining Committee. She also serves on the University of Pennsylvania Diabetes Board.
