Senior Associate Dean, Executive Education
Debra Iles is Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS). She provides administrative leadership for professional and lifelong learning (PLL) programs on campus, online, and offsite. She is a founding member of the University-wide PLL Committee. Debra joined HKS Executive Education in 2005. Previously, she served as chief operating officer for the National Initiative for Children’s Healthcare Quality, in various financial roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and as a management consultant for Deloitte in Philadelphia. Debra earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard College.
