Ernesta Redi Neudert is a social entrepreneur, scientist, consultant, and collaborator. She also serves as a special advisor to Omnia Strategy LLP, a pioneering international law firm that provides strategic counsel to governments corporate, and private clients based in London. Her main focus is on important issues that relate to gender, especially the empowerment of girls and women. Ernesta organized several workshops focusing on women's empowerment in the economy and the business sphere. She has advised governments, heads of state, and corporate clients in public and business diplomacy, investment promotion and communication strategies. In 2016 Ernesta is launching her first communication and collaboration startup platform for refugees. Ernesta is a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. She is also in the leadership circle of the Women's Leadership Board of Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Ernesta graduated from Imperial College London with a Master’s of Science in Molecular Biology and Pathology of Viruses and established her first successful business in the medical diagnostic field at the age of 23, employing mostly women. Ernesta is fluent in four languages.
