Hayley is a higher education professional with experience in executive support and events management at Harvard, and a passion and commitment to advancing gender equity in all parts of her multi-faceted career. As the Outreach and Engagement Associate for WAPPP, Hayley works on donor engagement and communications, planning the biannual Women’s Leadership Board (WLB) Meetings and executing communications strategy for the WLB and WAPPP's other audiences.
Hayley previously held administrative positions at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute and Harvard Art Museums, where she focused on strategy, streamlining processes, project management, and team building. She supported Radcliffe leaders in their work with donors and external consultants, and coordinated events across the Institute. At the Harvard Art Museums, she served on the Staff Advocacy Council and was tasked with promoting a more equitable workplace for all.
In addition to her career in higher education, Hayley is a performer-composer and certified teaching artist. She holds both B.M. and M.M. degrees in Viola Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College, and currently performs and teaches viola in the Greater Boston area.
