Hillary is a Managing Director of Human Resources, leading Accenture’s Global HR Business Partner team. She began her career at Accenture providing change management consulting services to Banking clients, followed by two decades of experience in Regional and Global HR Business Partner roles. Hillary is a charter member of Accenture’s HR Executive Committee, co-lead for corporate citizenship in the Chicago office and a member of the Chicago Mero Steering Committee. She serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Chicago and Skills for Chicagoland's Future, and she is delighted to be joining the Women’s Leadership Board. Hillary lives in downtown Chicago with her husband and two young children.
