Ike Nwaelele is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (B.S. in Management with distinction). Following graduation, he served as an Acquisitions Officer, working primarily as a Project Manager for Predictive Analytics and Business Enterprise Software spaces that included finance, healthcare, HR, and contracting but also as the Product Owner for “Zillow for the Air Force.”  Following his military service, Ike worked for HCA Healthcare where he executed a DEI initiative reducing bias in performance evaluation for 285K employees in addition to his primary role as an Application Engineer.  He progressed to integrate technical and leadership skills as a Product Owner on customer-facing patient experience platforms. Outside of work, Ike is passionate about volunteerism and has served as a board member for the reduction of prison recidivism, improvement of children’s literacy, and community organization.  Ike hails from Bothell, WA and is a joint-degree candidate (Dartmouth Tuck) with interests in arms control, dual-use technologies, and negotiation.  One way Ike plans to apply his MPA learnings is to optimize public-private partnerships (social enterprises).
