Jaime is originally from Girard, PA. For her undergraduate studies, she attended the University of Pittsburgh on an ROTC scholarship, and, upon graduation, commissioned into the U.S. Navy as an active-duty Surface Warfare Officer. During her sea tours she deployed three times, serving on a guided-missile cruiser, an amphibious landing ship, and on one of the fleet’s two hospital ships. Her final tours were in Washington, D.C., where she worked as a flag aide to both the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Operations, Plans, and Strategy and the Chief of Legislative Affairs in the Pentagon, followed by an assignment on Capitol Hill as a Congressional Liaison to the U.S. House of Representatives. She is currently pursuing an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania while concurrently studying for an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. She is most interested in exploring how public-private partnerships can achieve social impact at scale, particularly in issue areas concerning women and girls both domestically and abroad.
