Founder, Worthmore Strategies
Member, Women's Leadership Board, Women and Public Policy Program

Kathryn is the Founder of Worthmore Strategies, a consulting firm focused on leveraging research to help companies retain female employees. She has spoken at Harvard, Wharton, and Darden business schools and her work has been featured in Fast Company, Adweek, Forbes, and Business Insider.

Since 2015, Kathryn has served hundreds of individual women in their workplace negotiations and realized that many women were choosing to leave their employers rather than risk negotiating for additional resources. That insight has fueled her research-based approach to women’s leadership development and her passion for bringing gendered solutions to both sides of the table.

Kathryn started her career at McKinsey & Co, has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and was a Jefferson Scholar at the University of Virginia. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two preschoolers, who give her ample opportunity to practice negotiating.
