Keylin Rivera
Harvard Kennedy School
Mid-career Master in Public Administration Candidate, 2025

Keylin is an advocate, environmentalist, and strategist with over a decade of experience leading grassroots initiatives, political campaigns, and government affairs. As a high-level project manager, she can build the policy platform, craft the campaign strategy, and ensure the trains run on time. Keylin recently served in the Biden-Harris Administration at the Environmental Protection Agency as a Senior Advisor for Intergovernmental Relations. Upon graduation, her goal is to disrupt the traditional ways we look at the environmental justice space and ensure we heal the planet while healing ourselves. Being in nature drastically improved her mental health, and she knows others can also benefit from this. She is a first-generation Colombian-Guatemalan from North Carolina.

Keylin is supported by funding through the Lisa Garcia Quiroz Graduate Fellowship.
