Laura will be joining the State Capability Enhancement Project (SCEP) team. SCEP is an initiative by the state leadership in Meghalaya to employ an adaptive approach to addressing complex problems. She will work closely with the SCEP Team to help design the strategy for the various projects, facilitate project implementation, and conduct research for learning and adaptation (projects: Maternal and child health, early childhood development, women's leadership, and natural resource management). ln the process, she will get hands-on experience in public policy design, project management, research, and implementation.
