Laura will support the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in the Office of Vice Chair Jocelyn Samuels, conducting legal research to inform policy and litigation recommendations to advance the agency’s mission of ensuring equal opportunity for all workers. She will engage with federal civil rights statutes related to issues that disproportionately affect women in the workplace, including equal pay, harassment, and sex discrimination.
