Meg Foley Yoder
Assistant Director of Communications, Carr-Ryan Center for Human Rights

Meg Foley Yoder is the Assistant Director of Communications at the Carr-Ryan Center for Human Rights. Before joining the Harvard Kennedy School, she served as Assistant Director of Communication and Events at the Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, an interfaculty initiative within the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences. In that role, she led the Center’s messaging, branding, publications, digital platforms, and public-facing events, supporting the development of its civil discourse portfolio.

Previously, Meg was the Communications Associate for the Center’s Justice, Health, and Democracy Impact Initiative. Before her time at the Safra Center, she worked as the Student Communications Coordinator at George Mason University’s College of Education and Human Development, where she focused on student and curricular affairs communications aimed at increasing student retention, policy awareness, and sense of belonging.

Earlier in her career, Meg served military families as the U.S. Navy Region Korea Ombudsman. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from the University of Notre Dame.
