Megha Goel (She/her) is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), part of the 128-year-old Godrej Group, one of India’s most trusted and diversified conglomerates with interests spanning real estate, consumer goods, agriculture, and chemicals. With over two decades of cross-sectoral experience across human resources, business transformation, and organizational culture, Megha has consistently driven change anchored in purpose and performance. In her early career with J.P. Morgan, she gained deep exposure to leadership development and global talent practices. Her transition to the Godrej Group marked a shift toward building a future-ready, people-first organization that places culture at the heart of business growth.

At Godrej Properties, Megha has led the organization’s evolution into one defined by trust, innovation, and inclusion. She has been instrumental in advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), helping GPL become an industry benchmark. Under her leadership, the company achieved 2.5% LGBTQ+ representation, 1% inclusion of persons with disabilities, and significant progress in gender balance through focused leadership and returnship programs.
