Dr. Olamide (Dolu) Osundolu Atanda is originally from Tallahassee, Florida, and resides in Providence, Rhode Island. She attended the University of Florida, earning her Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering, Doctorate in Medical Dentistry, Post-Doctoral Specialization in Pediatric Dentistry, and Executive Practice Management Certification. In addition, she holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Meharry Medical College and an Executive Master in Business Administration from Brown University and IE Business School. She recently completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. She served as the board-certified pediatric dentist and director of the Pediatric Oral Health and Wellness Program at Jessie Trice Community Health System, Inc. Dr. Atanda is highly engaged in the public health sector and has served as a National Health Service Corp Scholar in underserved communities improving oral healthcare access. She served as an Equity Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership while completing her Master's in Public Administration at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Dr. Atanda is interested in social justice, health equity, business, and government. Her career aspirations include corporate board service and social entrepreneurship ventures centered around equitable access to education, STEM, and mental health awareness and treatment.
