Dr. Pamela Park is a leadership expert specializing in C-suite leader development and management training. As a leadership advisor, Dr. Park has worked with CEOs, founders, and other senior executives of venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies to accelerate their leadership.
Dr. Park is also an award-winning lecturer on technology firm leadership. Dr. Park is consistently ranked one of the top professors in University of California, Berkeley’s Engineering Leadership Professional Program (executive education). She won the best faculty award for teaching at the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology in the College of Engineering at Berkeley. She has also developed leaders in Harvard Business School’s Executive Education and taught entrepreneurship at Harvard.
Dr. Park’s work is rooted in her deep understanding of leadership and organizational behavior, including her cutting-edge research on high impact North Star and Gold Star leaders. She works with leaders in crafting and implementing solutions based on her research. Dr. Park provides proven frameworks for leader priority setting, team performance, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational design so executives can maximize their leadership effectiveness.
Previously, Dr. Park worked at the U.S. State Department and Goldman Sachs advising senior leaders in the United States and Asia. Dr. Park earned her doctorate in management from Harvard Business School. She received her M.A. degree in Regional Studies East Asia from Harvard University and her B.A. in Economics from Harvard College. She also holds a certificate in leadership coaching strategies from Harvard University.
