
Paula Madoff is an Advisor to The Goldman Sachs Group. She has worked for 30 years in a variety of leadership roles at the firm and was a Partner in the Global Markets Division. Ms. Madoff was a member of key strategic and operational level committees including the Divisional Operating Committee, Firmwide New Activity Committee, Securities Division Counterparty Risk Committee, GS Bank USA Client and Business Standards Committee, and was the CEO of Goldman Sachs Mitsui Marine Derivatives Products. Paula was also a senior sponsor for the Women’s Network, LGBTQ+ Network, Black Professionals Initiative, and creator/sponsor of GS University Securities Division Knowledge Exchange Derivatives Program. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Paula worked in M&A at Wasserstein, Perella & Co and in Corporate and Real Estate Finance at Bankers Trust.
Ms. Madoff is an experienced public and private corporate board member and has served as a Lead Independent Director and Chair of many committees. She currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of: Tradeweb Markets (NASDAQ:TW); Great-West Lifeco (TSX:GWO); KKR Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: KREF); Power Corporation of Canada (TSX: POW); Santander Holdings USA and Santander Bank N.A; and Beacon.io. She previously served on the board of ICE Benchmark Administration, where she was also Chair of the ICE LIBOR Oversight Committee; Motive Capital Corp I (NYSE:MOTV) and Motive Capital Corp II (NYSE: MTVC). She has completed the NACD Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight and was named to the 2023 NACD Directorship 100 list which recognizes the most influential corporate directors and governance experts.
Ms. Madoff is the President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board and a member of the Harvard Kennedy School Women and Public Policy Women’s Leadership Board. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Lafayette College, and is a David Rockefeller Fellow. She lives with her husband and three children in New York City.
