Peter is a Research Fellow working with Professor Dani Rodrik at Harvard University’s Center for International Development and the Reimagining the Economy Project.
Peter’s research interests include green industrial policy, the energy transition, and economic development in developing countries.
Previously, Peter was a Team Leader in the UK’s Department for International Development and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. He led the creation of the UK’s preferential trade scheme for 70 developing countries, directed economic development programs, and served on postings in West Africa and the Caribbean.
Peter holds a Master in Public Administration, a Master in International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in history.
