Ronit Kark is a Full Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at Bar-Ilan University and founder and former director of the Gender in the Field Graduate Program. She is also a Distinguished Research Professor at the University of Exeter Business School and a fellow at the School of Advanced Studies at the Technical University of Munich. In 2025, she was awarded the prestigious Societal Impact Award by the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management for her research and social activism.  Her research focuses on leadership, gender in the workplace, identity and identification processes, and inclusive leadership. She examines how leaders can transcend differences to foster positive change within and beyond organizations. Her work aims to develop actionable theoretical models that inform practices for reducing barriers and enhancing inclusion in organizational settings. Her current research focuses on men’s allyship in promoting gender equality.
