Ruth is the senior associate of finance and administration for the Woman and Public Policy Program.
Ruth joined WAPPP in 2018 as a student engagement coordinator and later became a financial and administrative coordinator. Previously, she served as program coordinator for the Saguaro Seminar at HKS, led by Professor Putnam. Before her time at Harvard, Ruth worked in the Honors College at The University of Alabama as a program assistant and staff assistant for The University of Alabama System Office. She received her B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Alabama. Ruth was raised in Texas and has lived in Mexico and Italy. She is fluent in Spanish and has studied Italian and Portuguese. In her free time, she enjoys photography, college football, reading, and spending time on the North Shore (especially the beach).
