Steve Gluckman is Senior Associate Dean for Professional & Lifelong Learning at Harvard Kennedy School, where he leads the School’s executive education and professional learning portfolio and works with faculty, staff, and external partners to expand its reach and impact.
Steve has extensive experience developing and leading executive education and professional learning organizations. Most recently, he was Founder and CEO of SkillBurst Interactive, acquired by BARBRI in 2024, where he built an award-winning learning company serving Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global professional services firms. Previously, he led executive education and workforce development programs at ASI Government serving federal agencies and their leaders, and held senior leadership roles at multiple organizations.
He is the author of an American Bar Association best-selling book on leveraging technology to improve learning effectiveness and serves on the advisory boards of several learning organizations.
Steve holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Computer Science and Information Science. He previously served as a Senior Fellow with the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at HKS.
