Sushma Sheth

Sushma Sheth is a management consultant at Accenture consulting firm, where she supports executives in addressing organizational and leadership challenges. Sushma works with clients across the consumer products, pharmaceutical, international development, philanthropic, and government industries with experience in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Recent projects include advising clients to orchestrate cross-regional leadership alignment, journey management for global operating model transformations, as well as redesigning workforce and leadership development programs to establish learning cultures and succession pipelines.

Sushma earned her MPA at Harvard Kennedy School and MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She served as Teaching Assistant for Professor Ronald Heifetz during the semester-long Exercising Leadership course as well as his Adaptive Leadership seminar at The White House. Prior to graduate studies, Sushma co-founded community-based social justice organizations in Miami, Florida where she first learned of leadership as a verb - and not just a noun – organizing with low-income black and immigrant communities.
