Tamim is a versatile CFO, Board Member, Entrepreneur & Founder. He currently serves as a Yale World Fellow at the Jackson School of Global Affairs. Over the past two decades, Tamim has been actively engaged in Israel's public sphere, both formally and informally. As a civil servant, he held various executive and policy-making roles at the Ministry of Finance, ranging from CFO to Senior Deputy CFO across multiple ministries. Additionally, he held board memberships at Haifa Port Ltd. and the Israel Securities Authority. In his commitment to promoting social and economic inclusion, Tamim founded WamdaTec in 2017. This pioneering program focuses on nurturing leadership and entrepreneurial skills in talented Arab youth, preparing them for success in the modern job market. Tamim holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting (CPA) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School (where he was a Wexner Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership), and a Diploma from Said Business School at Oxford University.
