Doyukai Fellow
Tetsuya Fukada is the current 2025-2026 Doyukai Fellow in residence at M-RCBG. Mr. Fukada is a member of the Construction Administration Department, Hokkaido Administration section at Obayashi Corporation's Sapporo branch. He is a graduate of Waseda University with a BA in Human Sciences.
