Wendy Myers Cambor is a Managing Director at Accenture in Global Leadership and Human Resources responsible for leading innovative strategic initiatives designed to realize the corporate talent ambition, create value for key clients and make a difference in the way people work and live. Wendy sits on Accenture’s Global Leadership and Human Resources Executive Committee. Accenture is a leading global professional services company, with more than 425,000 people servicing clients across 40 industries in 120 countries, providing innovative solutions across industries in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.

Wendy was previously the President and CEO of Dolphin Lane, a financial services consulting firm, advising and coaching senior executives in the areas of business strategy, leadership and human resources, marketing and investor relations, and operations and technology. Before founding Dolphin Lane, Wendy was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley: as head of the Prime Brokerage Sales Consulting team, she was responsible for hedge fund business development and consulting, advising clients on launching and evolving hedge funds, as a member of the Investment Management Operations Executive Team, she led the global management consulting team and the Hedge Fund Partners operating platform, overseeing investor relations, operations, technology and service provider management for the direct hedge fund business. At Fidelity Investments, Wendy was responsible for strategic operations and technology solutions across business lines. She started her career at Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture) where she advised clients on business strategy, operations best practices and information technology.

Wendy holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University. She is a Board Member of Barnard College Athena Center for Leadership Studies and the Leadership Board of the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard University Kennedy School. She is a certified pet therapy volunteer with her rescue dog Daisy at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell and a volunteer with Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Wendy lives in New York City with her husband of 23 years, Steve, a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, her son, Wentworth, a junior at the Collegiate School and her daughter, Charlotte, a freshman at the Chapin School.
