Winnie Kalinga is an experienced Administrative and Executive Support professional with a strong background in operations, project coordination, and impact-driven organizational work. She currently serves as the Executive Assistant at the Carr-Ryan Center for Human Rights at Harvard University, where she supports the Center’s two Directors through comprehensive administrative oversight, strategic calendar management, and the seamless coordination of daily operations.

Winnie is deeply passionate about service, efficiency, and organizational excellence. Her diverse experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, working as a Staff Assistant and Executive Assistant at Beya Auctioneers Firm and Court Bailiffs, and serving as a Collections Officer/Supervisor in the banking sector. She also volunteered as a Health Field Assistant with AMREF, an experience that strengthened her commitment to community well-being and ethical, people-centered work.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University and later expanded her skills through the Year Up program, specializing in Business Fundamentals and Project Management. She hopes to pursue a master’s degree in public health in the future, motivated by her dedication to addressing essential human needs and contributing to healthier, more equitable communities.
