CID PhD Fellow
Zsuzsanna Vadle is a PhD candidate in Economics at Central European University and a Visiting Researcher at Harvard's Center for International Development. Her research lies at the intersection of education and labor economics, with a focus on how social environments and institutions shape human capital development and economic opportunities. Her current work studies the role of classroom practices and peer interactions in students' educational outcomes, as well as policies designed to improve young people's transition into the labor market. She uses field experiments and administrative data to study these questions. Prior to joining CID, she worked at the World Bank on research and policy projects in education and labor markets.
